Holly Cottage is also home for our 3 Alpacas, Jack, Ebony and Felix and our 2 sheep, Gin & Tonic! 

As you enter our front door, you will be welcomed by our newly tiled hallway. Off to the left is our dining room which seats 12 guests and features french doors opening out onto the front garden. To the right of the hallway you will find our lounge with the original features and cottage beams. Again, this opens out onto the front lawn to let in the sunshine and fresh air, but in the colder months you may want to get the log burner roaring and snuggle up.

Downstairs we have a newly fitted kitchen with 2 NEF ovens and Induction Hob, a Full length fridge and freezer. The kitchen also has an island where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

There is a bathroom downstairs and a separate toilet too.

Finally, at the end of the hallway to the left is our Cinema Room with an 85″ screen and actual cinema seating! All you’ll need is the popcorn, although Tony and Jen might have left some treats for your first Movie and Munchies night! 

You can access the patio area from the back door, but also the cinema room too!

Upstairs the property has 5 bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Has a super kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom – This bedroom has great views over the field at the rear of the property.

Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed.

Bedroom 4: With twin beds and a double sofa bed

Bedroom 5: With bunk beds – Perfect for our smaller guests!

Family Bathroom: With bath that has a shower attachment, separate shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Outside on the patio, you’ll find some gorgeous outdoor seating to sit out and enjoy the views with your favourite tipple.

We also have a Brand New Hot tub to seat 8. It’s one of the fancy ones that has fountains and jets and comes highly recommended.

Outside there is also a large rustic outdoor kitchen and bar area with an American style Fridge Freezer, lots of outdoor seating and also space here to light the BBQ. This is a truly perfect area to enjoy in the evening with some pretty festoon lighting. We’ve recently installed a dart board too, so you can enjoy a game or too whilst watching the sunset over the fields.

We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, but there is a small fee for this.
